In an effort to offer a more flexible and simplify payment methods, we now offer online or in-office credit card and Automated Clearing Housing (ACH) payments.
You may use your credit or debit card for your payments, but a small processing fee will be appended to your payment. The ACH payment option is a direct payment from your bank account and is processed with NO fee, but all returned transaction will incur an additional $15 fee. After two (2) returned transactions, you will no longer be able to access the payment portal or be able to write a check to make your payments.

Auto-Pay Feature Coming Soon
The portal update on Monday, May 11, 2026 will allow you to create an online profile and securely save payment methods. However, the Auto-Pay feature has been delayed and will be launched soon.

Payment Options and Fees
You can use your credit or debit card to make payments; however, please note that a small processing fee will apply. If you prefer, you may choose the ACH payment option, which allows direct payments from your bank account with no fee. Payment transactions may take 3–5 business days to process.
Account Lookup Improvements
We have also introduced a new account lookup method. To access your account, you will need either the letter F or E, your Loan ID or Entity ID (for example, E245000), and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Please enter this information without spaces or dashes (example: E01234564444).
