Protecting Yourself After A Sale
  • If you have sold a vehicle, one of the most important things you can do is submit a Notice of Transfer of Ownership of A Vehicle .

  • While the buyer has up to 30 days to file for a title, you can immediately file the Notice of Transfer of Ownership of A Vehicle, giving you a little more peace of mind in the event that the buyer fails to title the vehicle.
